Dance to Learn®️ began in 2009 when I was operating my first business - Dance Exploration - an in-school mobile dance program here in Denver Colorado! Dance Exploration quickly grew to become the premiere dance program for our local schools thereby creating a need for hiring a large staff of teachers. My goal with Dance Exploration was to have a branded Curriculum that parents would recognize from school to school, that's how Dance to Learn®️ was born!
In 2020 during the pandemic shut down, I made the decision to close down the majority of my mobile program while focusing the continuation of the program at one local recreation center. In November of 2020 - I decided to share the
15 years of Curriculum that I've created and developed through my mobile program with YOU by creating this Membership site.

Our Why
When I first started teaching dance, I faced a challenge—I knew how to dance as a professional ballet dancer, but I didn’t yet know how to teach. I didn’t fully understand how young dancers learn, grow, and develop both in and out of the classroom.
Determined to improve, I immersed myself in child development research, experimented with classroom management strategies, and refined countless lesson plans. Through trial and experience, I discovered the perfect balance—one that ensures the Dance to Learn® Curriculum is Educational , keeps students Engaged, and provides Enriching experiences that extend beyond the classroom.
At Dance to Learn®, I’m here to be YOUR PARTNER in dance during the foundational years. I provide the tools, tips, and strategies to take the guesswork out of teaching young dancers—so you can focus on what matters most: creating Educational, Engaging, and Enriching experiences for your students.
