This Conceptualized-Thematic Lesson Plan explores the Dance Concept of Space (Self-Space & General Space) using the theme of Squirrels and their Acorn-filled world. By the end of this lesson plan, your dancers will understand the Dance Concept of Space and identify when they are dancing in Self-Space vs General Space.
In this Lesson Plan, your dancers will learn non-locomotor skills such as Parallel Plié, Tendu, Piqué, Coupé, Passé and Arabesque. As well as locomotor skills such as Tip Toe Walks, Chassés, Scurries, Marches, Kicks and more!
